Frequently asked questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
We don't ask for a card, so there are no automatic charges. After the trial you choose a plan and pay. If you don't continue, access switches to read-only and you can export your data.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with a proration; downgrades apply from the next paid period.
How is storage calculated?
Pay as you go: $0.01 per 1 GB a month × the volume you actually store. For reference: one MRI is 200–500 MB, a CT is 50–300 MB; a center with 30 studies a day accumulates ~100–200 GB per month. Use the calculator above to estimate.
If we leave, can we take our data?
Yes. We provide a full export of images in DICOM format and the database in standard formats. There is no data lock-in — it's your data.
Is IP telephony included or do I need a separate provider?
Telephony as a feature is included in the Center and Network plans. The phone number itself is connected through a telecom operator, and the number's subscription fee is paid at the operator's rates.
How long does onboarding take?
Usually 1–2 weeks: we import your schedule and a test scan, configure roles and train the team. For networks, timelines are discussed individually.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The plan price is fixed whether you pay monthly or annually. You only pay extra for storage and add-ons if you need them.
